About the course

IAID online Contemporary Dance for Ladies combines principles from classical, modern and jazz forms designed specifically for adult students. It trains every participant with versatility and mastery of overlapping different movements while emphasizing on the fluidity of execution. The choreography is perceived as being closely related to classical concert dance styles.
